A shutdown was observed in Kashmir Valley on Wednesday to commemorate the mysterious death of two women in south Kashmir’s Shopian district three years ago.
Protestors clashed with police and paramilitary forces at various places even as security was tightened after suspected militants opened fire on a Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) party in downtown Srinagar that resulted in injuries to seven personnel. Read more…
