TEHRAN (FNA)- Thousands of Bahrainis demonstrated on Friday across the tiny Persian Gulf island as the Saudi-backed al-Khalifa regime continues suppressing the protesting people.
Demonstrators had taken to the streets to call for the downfall of the regime and the release of prisoners.
Security forces reportedly attacked the pro-democracy protesters with sound grenades and teargas canisters. Read more …
