‘PAC men’ attack police with petrol bombs

KARACHI – The protests of the supporters of banned People’s Amn Committee entered fourth consecutive day on Friday against police operation, arrests and registration of cases against the PAC activists.

The activists are allegedly being implicated in the murder case of Kutchi Rabita Committee leader Abdul Rasheed Kutchi who was gunned down in Kalri locality on Sunday night. The violent protest also caused suspension of commercial activities in Lyari and its surrounding areas when unidentified men from the protestors attacked the law enforcers with over two dozen petrol bombs while no casualty or injury was reported.
