For the second time in two months, Warren police had to deal with a large group of unruly juveniles late Friday and early Saturday.

Two people were arrested on a charge of rioting, including a juvenile and 18-year-old Robert Harvey, 2962 Brier St. S.E. Harvey was released on bond following his arrest and will be arraigned on the charge Tuesday in Warren Municipal Court. The juvenile was released to his parents.

According to police reports, a group of 60 to 70 people, mostly juveniles, were being loud and unruly at 890 Swallow St. S.W. late Friday night and into Saturday morning. The crowd refused to disperse despite several requests by police to do so, and some people in the crowd were taunting officers.
