Kosovo Albanians run away from tear gas grenades fired by anti-riot police during clashes on June 22, 2014 in the divided town of Mitrovica. Kosovo police used tear gas today to disperse stone-throwing protestors demanding removal of a blockade of flower pots on a bridge linking ethnic Albanians and Serbs in this flashpoint town. Anti-riot police, backed by security units of NATO-led peacekeepers in Kosovo (KFOR), sealed off the bridge in a bid to prevent demonstrators from crossing on the northern side, populated by minority Serbs.
